2025 All Wrapped Up

2025 has been another big year for the JUST MCP team. With a mixture of big name projects and more self-storage projects being completed, the team has been as busy as ever with a record year.

The year rounded up

Marketing: We have furthered our marketing presence online with social media and SEO channels being utilised. We have also completed exhibitions such as SSA UK tade ahow in March and the Movers and Storers Show in November. These have really helped us to get our name out there in the self-storage industry.

Networking event have also been attended by multiple staff to reach out and see how we help local businesses with expansion plans.

Projects completed: The JUST MCP team have completed a total of 178 projects this year. We have seen the number of projects decrease; however, the size of our projects has increased, showing promise for 2026.

2026 is already shaping up to be a promising year, with 2 months work booked in advance. We have ensured that we are aligning our operations with this growth and are fully equipped for the new year.

Looking forward to the new year

As we approach 2026 we have big plans to further expand JUST MCP, including brining in new workers and creating new partnerships to broaden the awareness of our business.

Training and business growth

Apprenticeships: In 2026 we are looking to join many of our industry with the future of interior fit outs. We are looking at taking on apprentices to join our team and help JUST MCP to continue to grow.

Office management and operations: Moving forward into 2026 we are looking to hone our operations further, including utilising in-house software’s to accommodate new and existing customers, further skill development & certification tracking and portfolio & project documentation to share with new clients. Our office manager will oversee all of this.

Marketing and Networking

Our early 2026 marketing strategy consists of face-to-face interaction with prospecting and existing clients, to build a better understanding of what our team is excelling at and what we can do better. This will round out our strategy for the rest of the year implementing the feedback from yourselves.

We will do this by attending more networking events and exhibitions in a variety of different sectors as well as considering the implementation of maintenance checks for all previously completed client projects.

Partnerships

This year has been very fruitful for partnerships. We have actively networked across a range of sectors to build strong connections that support the growth of both JUST MCP and our customers. These relationships are helping us expand our reach, strengthen our service offering, and create new opportunities for collaboration.

SSA UK: We are continuing our supplier membership with SSA UK this year to maintain our presence and visibility within the industry. This partnership allows us to showcase our work and stay aligned with industry standards and developments. We also have several projects in the pipeline with SSA UK members for the year ahead.

Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce: We plan to attend several networking events hosted by the Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce. These events will allow us to build local business connections and assess how membership could support our growth and networking objectives moving forward.

Worcestershire Growth Hub
We are looking to work closely with the Worcestershire Growth Hub to support the growth of the business. This includes exploring apprenticeship opportunities, expanding our service offering, and helping our customers access relevant grants to support their projects.
