2. Routine inspections

Looking over the general appearance regularly will indicate if there is any damages that need repairing. This can include moister damage, warping tiles, grid integrity and many more.

Making sure you replace damages tiles quickly once noticed means it could stop other tiles being effected by the problem. Replacing damaged tiles, fixing leaks and repairing grid issues promptly can stop other issues from arising and maintain the aesthetic of the ceiling.
