Our Mezzanine Flooring Process

Whether you are looking to additional space for new offices or you need a brand new production area a mezzanine floor can help transform your workspace. Here at JUST MCP we like to make the ordering and installation process as flawless as possible so have created a guide covering the overall process of acquiring a mezzanine floor.

The enquiry process

We have a few ways you can contact one of our contract managers to set up a site visit so we can assess your area.

Website: You can fill in one of our website enquiry forms which will be followed up within the next 48 hours. This can be used 24/7 and is a very efficient way of capturing all the details we need from you easily.

Phone call: Our team are the end of the phone for you between 8am-5pm, Monday- Friday. We are happy to speak to you over the phone and set up a meeting the same week to visit the site.

Email: You can email us directly at info@justmcp.co.uk , this inbox is monitored throughout the day and one of the team will be in touch when the enquiry comes through.

Site survey

Once the initial enquiry has been made you will be booked in for a site survey. One of our team will come out and conduct an in-depth survey of your entire premises to check for available space and evaluate the best location for the floor. Measurements will be taken at the site survey to be used in designing the floor and ordering materials further on in the process.

Quotation

A detailed quotation will then be put together breaking down all the different costs, including technical aspects of the design and regulations to be met. Drawings will be created to give you an idea of the layout of your new space.

Order Acceptance

When you are happy with the design of your floor we will send you over an acceptance for to fill in and sign. We will them order materials to be delivered to your site at the start of your build and an installation date booked in.

The installation process

Building

On the first day of install our project manager and a team of fitters will be on site to start the installation of the floor. The fitters will then continue to work on site until the job is complete with interim check-ins from the project manager.

Inspection

Once the mezzanine floor has been completed the quality assurance team will make sure that everything is accurate, and you are happy with the finished product. This will require a sign off from the customer to confirm we can send you the balance invoice.

Aftercare

We offer a range of aftercare for those needing any updates in the near future after the mezzanine floor has been installed.
