What a year for JUST MCP: 2024 round-up

2024 has been a huge year for JUST MCP. We have seen major growth and started pursuing a new sector that has been going very well. This, along with our new marketing manager Megan has increased the company’s visibility and set us up for an even bigger year in 2025.

Business growth

The JUST MCP team completed a total of 232 projects across the year of 2024 and we have had a ball doing them. From small ceilings to huge mezzanine floors, we enjoy working with all our customers and are hugely grateful to be working with every single one. We have had a mega year and are only planning on growing further in 2025 with bigger contracts and higher turnover.

Significant projects in 2024 included:

Squab Bridgewater, Squab Warwick, Pharmaceuticals Distributer, Lallemand Labs, PSP AV and Pulsar.

2025 is already looking like a promising year, signing a large contract with a household name and many self storage quotes out ready to book in over the first quarter. We have made sure we are working to make our operation more in line with such growth and are all tooled up for the new year.

Marketing

As mentioned, we have hired a marketing and communications manager who has been working on all things JUST MCP. Megan has been working alongside our Director Justin and Contracts Manager Jake, to accumulate all of our past work, update outstanding print media and push for new and improved marketing channels. So, what we have achieved so far?

1. New website – the website has been updated with all of the newest projects the company has been working on, the new services we are offering and an easy to use contact form for all enquiries.
2. Marketing campaigns—Throughout 2024, both email marketing and social campaigns have been used to help build a customer base.

As we approach the New Year we are looking to push these efforts further with new marketing channels including:

1. Exhibitions – The team at JUST MCP are all ready to start some face-to-face interactions with potential clients at multiple events booked throughout 2025.
2. Public Relations—Using both digital and traditional PR, we can target different audience streams and build brand awareness and a customer base.
3. Online visibility – With the laund of our new website we will be looking into ways we can increase our online presence including both SEO and PPC avenues.

Self Storage

Not only have we flourished in our marketing, we have also added some extra services to our remit. The self-storage industry is booming and we have been lucky enough to help some of those starting out the journey. Joining the SSA UK in July has helped the team to meet a lot of new people, embark in the wonderful Self Storage industry and be educated on the importance of self-storage.

In 2025 we would like to delve further into the world of self-storage and create new relationships and partnerships with those wanting to either expand their current business or start up something new.
