Nemesis

Description

We have worked with sister companies of Nemesis before so when they enquired with us to do their office partitioning on their lower floor we were only to happy to quote. This was a fast moving job as they wanted the works completed and everything moved in by Christmas. Taking 4 weeks to completed from start to finish, this project has turned out impeccable.

Office Partitioning

The work started with stud wall partitioning to create bays for the new offices and meeting rooms. Once these were built they were tape, filled and painted to match the existing exterior walls and skirting added. Voids were left to enclose glazed partitioning and framed doors across all 4 rooms. Once the glazing was fitted, we then added the manifestation to the glass.

77 square metres of 75mm metal stud partition.
5 l/m x 2.0m inc. 5 framed glass doors – self-closing with lever-locking latch sets.
10mm clear toughened glass, with polished edges and silicone joints / Dry joints.
Manifestation installed to all glazing.

Kitchen and flooring

A kitchenette was fitted, including an integrated fridge, integrated dishwasher, wall units and sink plumbing. The team fitted vinyl flooring, first removing the existing carpet tile.
