Office Fit Out Kidderminster

Description

We completed this project over a span of 3 months starting with the full strip out and moving onto new office installation. We are very happy with how the job turned out and the customer is thrilled with the result.

Strip out: This project started off with a full strip-out of the current office structure within the building. We removed all partitioning, carpet tiles and ceilings to start over with a blank slate.
Partitioning: There was a total of 317 sqm of metal stud partitioning which built out all of the offices. All of the partitioning fitted was tape, filled and painted with white emulsion. All walls have anthracite grey trim and capping.
Doors and windows: 6 windows were added to some of the offices and 21 oak veneer doors finished with anthracite grey frames and furniture. There was also a sliding window installed for the admin office in the reception.
Ceilings: There was a total of 291 sqm throughout the offices. This included Arctic Rockfon tiles and layin grid.
