PB Signs

Description

For this project we had the lovely team at PB Signs approach us for a warehouse upgrade to fit out their office and printing spaces. Adding a mezzanine floor to their space has maximised their area and meant they can have a reception and office space to be proud of.

It has really enhanced the space and the customer is very happy with the finished product.

Mezzanine Floor

The mezzanine floor was a total of 36 sqm with 2 cutouts to create an area downstairs for large format printing materials. The mezzanine went in seamlessly and opened up the room they needed for their office above the production area.

Partition Walls

There was partitioning on both the ground floor and upper floor to create different segregated areas for separate operations. Downstairs a reception area with a door into the production and printing area. The staircase then leads up to the office area which closed off the top of the mezzanine into a perfect space to work.

We also lined all of the walls to reduce the sound travel up and down the stairs.

Suspended Ceiling

The suspended ceiling was built underneath the mezzanine floor and in the offices and were all 1-hour fire-rated. All of the LED lighting was supplied and installed by our trusted partner.

Electrics and Flooring

Our team also fitted electrical sockets and blow heaters to the office area. Strip lighting was installed under the mezzanine floor. Carpet tiles were also installed throughout the office area.
