Description
One of the UKs leading pharmaceutical distributors approached us to fit out their warehouse. We started with an empty shell and installed everything from a multi-tier mezzanine floor to the plumbing and electrics. Our team were for a total of 7 months fitting out a total of 23 rooms.
2 tier Mezzanine floor installation
This was a large mezzanine installation being 2 tier with multiple staircases and railing on each floor. The mezzanine is fully fire rated including suspended ceilings including AMF STAR fire rated ceiling tiles, column cases and fascia.

Partitioning services
The JUST MCP team sectioned off the storage on the ground floor which can to a total of 14 rooms. These included store rooms, fridge room, kitchen and processing to name a few.
We also installed office on the mezzanine floor which included glass partitioning and metal stud partitioning along with everything being painted.

Electrics, Plumbing and Air conditioning
We work with trusted suppliers to bring customers plumbing, eclectics and air conditioning as we believe it easier to deal with one supplier rather then having lots of different contractors on site.
- We installed a total of 15 wall mounted air conditioning units for ground and first floor storage rooms.
- Installation of toilets, basins and waste supplies in the toilets.
- Installation of taps in kitchenette.
- Cap and cove flooring in the bathrooms.
