Redvale – Bromsgrove
Description
The JUST MCP team completed this project in late 2024 for one of our long-standing customers. The unit is to be used as a virtual golf and bar complex. The client wanted us to dry-line the old building including insulation and install a new suspended ceiling to neaten and ready for their customer to move in.
Dry lining
All the existing dry lining was stripped out and taken back to the bare wall. The team then installed a total of 126 sqm of drylining to the external walls which is 3m high. This was then taped, filled and painted with 2 coats of white emulsion paint. We also commissioned the plumbing for the job.

Suspended ceiling
There were two suspended ceilings fitted at this job totalling 210sqm of suspended ceiling. Each ceiling was bagged with 100mm insulation bags. The ceiling was hung off the original timber structure.
