In 2022 Roger Dyson Group contacted us for a mezzanine floor installation. They were looking to increase storage space and construction of workshops wanting to create a more controlled environment for work carried out in the warehouse and reduce the noise pollution.
Mezzanine floor installation
Our team erected a mezzanine floor in the corner of the warehouse, including a metal handrail around the perimeter. Both a staircase and a lift were installed to make it easier to transport goods from the mezzanine floor to the warehouses. The mezzanine floor was 1-hour fire-rated including a suspended ceiling, column cases and facia.

Steel partitioning for Workshops
Steel partitioning was built around the bottom of the mezzanine floor to create workspaces that could be controlled. We also supplied and installed vision panels and doors between workshops. A roller shutter door was also installed.
