Description
Spraying Systems is known across the world for being experts in spray technology. When the customer can to us they had just brough 2 new units which they needed kitting out with offices, labs and a storage area. The JUST MCP team were happy to help and came up with the follow solutions:
Mezzanine floor installation
We installed a mezzanine floor in both units one for office and one for storage. This almost doubled their floor space from the start. The mezzanine floor included 1 hour fire rating which is made up of, suspended ceilings, column cases, fascia and fire blanket.
- Staircase with glass handrail
- AMF Star Ceiling tiles
- Air conditioning installed
Stud and glass partitioning
Both stud and glass partitioning was used throughout both units to create sectioned off spaces for different uses including offices, meeting rooms and even a lab.
- Double glazed partitioning system
- Tap filled and painted throughout
- Troax hygienic partitioning used for the labs
Plumbing and electrics
All the projects plumbing and electrics was project managed by JUST MCP and sub contracted to our trusted partners.
- Full kitchen installation and plumbed
- LED light fittings throughout both buildings
- Electrical sockets installed
Flooring
Flooring was fitted throughout including flooring tile in all office and industrial flooring throughout the lab and storage section of the units.
