Squab Bridgwater
Description
Squab Bridgwater fit out was a slightly different one as it was an expansion of the already booming storage facility they had there. Our team helped to connect the 2 warehouses, refresh interiors and make sure everything was fire rated and fully compliant.
Mezzanine floor installation
The existing offices had to be removed before the mezzanine floor could be installed. Our team were able to do this making sure everything was completed quickly and efficiently without effecting the other areas of the project. The mezzanine floor was fired rated including suspended ceilings, column cases, fascia and fire rated doors added to partitioning.

Stud partitioning
We installed stud partition walls throughout the warehouse. This included 1 hour fired rated boards. All of this partitioning was tape filled and painted with customer approved colours.
- 132 m total stud partitioning
- 10 total fired rated doors
- Passage cut through to join 2 warehouses
Industrial carpet tiles
We installed carpet tiles throughout the office areas of the self storage facility. This included 240 m2 of grey carpet tiles.
Plumbing work
Working closely with one of our trusted contractors, the JUST MCP team were able to provide top quality plumbing to the Squab team. This plumbing work included:
- Remove basin, toilet and handrails.
- Cap off water as far back as possible.
- Remove and cap off radiators.
Remove remaining pipework and cap off underground.
