Description
This Squab Group job was an extension of a current storage facility they had in place. JUST MCP were commissioned to complete the works needed and worked at Squab Rubery for 2 months completing all the works to the highest standards.
Mezzanine floor extention
We had to install a new mezzanine floor extending the existing floor to double the size. The mezzanine floor was fire rated using a suspended ceiling, column case and fascia.
- 1142 m2 mezzanine floor
- 1142 m2 AMF ceiling tiles and grid
- 1 hour fire rating
Office partitioning
We partitioned off 4 office spaces within this using stud partitioning. This included tape, filling and painting the office spaces with white emulsion.
